13 weeks

Wow! Here I go seriously slacking again. My nausea and fatigue have been back in big way these past few days, so literally all I've been doing is waking up, going to work, coming home, and falling asleep. I feel so lame, but obviously Baby C needs more energy than I have to give! haha

How far along?  13 weeks, 4 days.

Weight gain/loss:   Down another 0.2 pounds.  Darn you morning (all-day) sickness!

Maternity clothes?  Still just pants.

Stretch marks?  Nope.

Sleep?  I've been getting tons lately.  Still waking up at least once in the middle of the night though.  And these past few nights, I haven't even needed to use the restroom... I just wake up for no reason.

Best moment this week?  Wearing the above-pictured shirt to work, and NOT worrying about hiding my bump.  :-)

Food cravings:  I've been feeling pretty sick again these past few days, so more Ramen, peas, and fruit.  The only other things I have really wanted to eat are greasy/cheesy things.  I've eaten fried cheese curds (found in the grocery store freezer, YUM!) for dinner the past few nights, because I just couldn't stomach anything else.

Gender:  I still say boy.  DH still thinks girl.

Belly button in or out?  In.

Movement?  Still too early.  Although I'm REALLY hoping I will start feeling some flutters soon!

What I miss?  Nothing.  :-)

What I'm looking forward to:  Feeling movement (I know it may still be a few more weeks), and hearing Baby C's heartbeat on the doppler at my next appointment.

Milestones:  Nothing new that I can think of this week... I still can't believe I'm in my second trimester!

  4. Thanks ladies!

Mary, yes a few people at work have mentioned that I'm "really starting to show", but they have all known since 12 weeks so they aren't being rude. ;-)
